Unfortunately the University has not chosen to provide provided any additional IT resources staff to make the transition from Hermes so and is requiring that the migration work needs to be done by each individual mailbox user. The Clinical School has set out some high urgency IT priorities for the next 6 months which make it difficult for CSCS to provide anysupport during the process. You are expected to be able to follow the migration information below and successfully move over to Exchange Online and any support issues need to go to the UIS Service Desk and not CSCS.
