When you join the University a record in the lookup directory is created containing your name, CRSiD and email address. As a default it is assumed that you are using a crsid@cam.ac.uk email address. Many people at the Clinical School are using different email addresses and in order to recieve receive official University email messages you should have the correct address in your lookup directory entry.
