When you join the University a record in the lookup directory is created containing your name, CRSiD CRSID and email address. As a default it is assumed that you are using a crsid@cam.ac.uk email address. Many people at the Clinical School are using different email addresses and in order to receive official University email messages you should have the correct address in your lookup directory entry.You can choose to send but once you have moved to Exchange Online, all messages sent to either an @cam or an @medschl address will appear in the same mailbox. However, you may wish to change the email address that is visible to your colleagues and the public in the UoC Lookup service. This can be done in lookup http://www.lookup.cam.ac.uk/self .
You can forward your @cam mail to any valid email address. You However, you should only redirect your email to another valid University address. If you choose to send your @cam mail to a system outside the University then you may experience problems getting help if something goes wrong. You may also be inappropriately exposing internal communications to external systems.Not setting the delivery arrangements for your @cam address may result in emails never being received or sitting in another mailbox that you do not commonly check. We therefore recommend that you set the destination mailbox for your @cam address to the mailbox that you most commonly use. This can be done in lookup http://www.lookup.cam.ac.uk/self .
The @cam delivery address is a 'private attribute', visible only to you (and the Lookup data administrators) and therefore changeable only by you.

Go to your personal page on Lookup - http://www.lookup.cam.ac.uk/self. The @cam delivery address is a 'private attribute', visible only to you (and the Lookup data administrators) and therefore changeable only by you.
- Select the 'Edit' button towards the bottom of the page
- Scroll down to @cam delivery address
- In the 'Value' drop down select 'Other' and then in the field enter the desired email address. For example, if you want your mail delivered to your medschl account type in 'CRSiD'@medschl.cam.ac.uk. Make sure you enter the address correctly as Lookup does not check to see whether what you have entered is a valid address.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save'
