How to set your building as the Clinical School in Booker

Introduction

This guide is for anyone who needs to book Clinical School rooms through Booker and demonstrates how to make the Clinical School the default building when you select the My Building tab within Booker. This is the easiest and most effective way to see all of the rooms available within the Clinical School.

Requirements

In order to use this guide you will need an account in Booker.

Instructions

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://booker.eventmapsolutions.com/

  2. Sign in with the account you wish to change this setting on

  3. Once you are signed in, go to the top right-hand corner and click the silhouette of a person

     

  4. Click this will open a sidebar which will have the option to manage your account, click manage account

     

  5. In the manage account screen, there is an option called Location, here is where you are able to set your default building and then press update to save your selection.

     

     

  6. Once you have updated this, when you press the My Building tab, you will be able to see all of the rooms in the Clinical School that are available for you to book directly.

You can only have one default location, however, you are still able to search for the rooms of the Clinical School within Booker if you do not wish to set the Clinical School as your default.
