Retrieving Licence Keys and Installers from Software Sales

Introduction

You can view past purchases from UIS Software Distribution, allowing you to access licence keys and download installers.

Requirements

• A Raven login
• You must have purchased the software from UIS Software Distribution

If someone else purchased the software on your behalf, you will need to get them to do this for you.

Instructions

1. Go to http://software.uis.cam.ac.uk/
2. Sign in with your Raven ID
3. In the top-right corner, click on Registrations:

4. Browse or search for you product. You are looking for the licence, not DVD media. For instance:

5. If you want to access the key then click on the name of the item. The key should be on the next page.
6. If you want to download the product, then click on Downloads available to be taken to the download page. You will see some links:

7. Click on Download
8. Save the file
