Enabling DHCP on your Ubuntu Computer
Your machine must have DHCP enabled to work with our network.
- From the desktop, click on the drop-down situated at the top right of the screen.
- Select the settings icon (usually a wrench or gear/cog)
- Select 'Network' from the left hand list
- Under the 'wired' connection header click the gear/cog
- Select the IPV4 tab
- Select the Automatic DHCP radio button, ensure that the DNS and Routes buttons are also set to Auto
- Apply
