Setting up a Shared Mailbox in Outlook (New) (Windows) - Exchange Online
Right click on the mailbox which has permission to access the shared mailbox, “CRSID@medschl.ac.uk” and select “Add shared folder or mailbox”
Type in the email address of the mailbox which you are adding and select “Add”
The Shared mailbox should now be accessible in the folder;
“CRSID@medschl.cam.ac.uk”
“Shared With Me”
“sharedmailbox@medschl.cam.ac.uk”
Expanding this folder should display the shared mailbox with the standard folder structure
