- You must have purchased the software from UIS Software Distribution

If someone else purchased the software on your behalf, you will need to get them to do this for you.

- Go to http://software.uis.cam.ac.uk/
- Sign in with your Raven ID
- In the top-right corner, click on Registrations:
- Browse or search for you product. You are looking for the licence, not DVD media. For instance:
- If you want to access the key then click on the name of the item. The key should be on the next page.
- If you want to download the product, then click on Downloads available to be taken to the download page. You will see some links:
- Click on Download
- Save the file
