titleUsing Outlook on Windows
  1. Open Outlook and click on the message you wish to forward so it is selected.
  2. Click on the Home Tab as pictured below.
  3. Select the More dropdown menu.
  4. Click Forward as Attachment, this will open a new email message window where you can add the relevant information of who you wish to send it to.
  5. If you are forwarding the CSCS Service Desk a spam / phishing email that we have requested, please send the email to servicedesk@medschlcscsservicedesk@medschl.cam.ac.uk with the subject line in this format "Incident# [Your ticket number]" without the brackets' or you can copy the subject line from our email to you asking for a copy of the phishing / spam email.

  6. If you have received multiple spam / phishing e-mails, please be aware that you can add more than one spam / phishing e-mail, to your new, draft message.

titleUsing Webmail
  1. Open and sign in to Webmail. http://outlook.office.com/

  2. Create a new email message.
  3. Select the three dots option  in the top menu,  and from the drop down options, choose - Switch to plain text. 
  4. Find the email you wish to forward in your inbox, then click and drag the desired email into the body of your new email. This will add the email you dragged as an attachment in the new email.


  5.
