CSCS sometimes will need your computers computer's IP address for troubleshooting, this isn't something that we can remotely check most of the time.  This article describes how to quickly find the computer name.

  • Click the Start Menu and type cmd in the Search Programs and Files box:

  • In the window that appears type ipconfig and press Enter:
