Troubleshooting

If the ‘Account successfully added’ popup does not appear, please double check you are adding the correct details in each step as above.

If you need to check confirm your sign in details please , you can try sign in to https://www.office.com/ with your @cam/Raven details to check the username and password are correct

If your the login details you are using are correct you may not have , and still cannot add the account successfully, it may be that you have not been granted access to the shared email account, the mailbox in question. The CSCS Service Desk can check your access if you log an Incident at https://itsupport.medschl.cam.ac.uk/ or email servicedesk@medschlCSCSservicedesk@medschl.cam.ac.uk uk

If you don’t currently have access you would need to ask a colleague or line manager with existing access to apply for your permissions on your behalf, using the Mailbox Access Service Request form: LINK
