It is possible you are using an @cam.ac.uk email address with your @medschl or @slcu mailbox, but you should use the latter to configure the account.

1. Go to Settings (usually the quickest way is to swipe down on your Android device and tap the cog symbol) NB The settings will vary according to the software/manufacturer version
2. Select Email

3. Click the + to add a new account

4. Fill in your email address and password:

5. Click Manual Setup

6. If it asks what type of account, choose Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync

   1. Enter the appropriate details:

      Email Address - your @medschl email address in full Domain - mints username - your CRSID Password - departmental PC logon password Exchange Server - webmail.medschl.cam.ac.uk

      title SLCU Settings
      Email Address - firstname.lastname@slcu.cam.ac.uk Domain\username - slcu\firstname.lastname Password - departmental PC logon password Exchange Server - email.slcu.cam.ac.uk

7. Tick the box "Use Secure Connection (SSL):

8. click next

1. in your iOS device select the Settings App.
   
   
2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars then tap the Exchange option:
   
   
   
   
3. Settings for exchange will now appear. Use your Medschl Email Address, Password, Description then click next.
   
   
   
4. You will be asked to enter a few more details:

      Email Address - username@medschl.cam.ac.uk Domain\username - mints\username Password - departmental PC logon password Exchange Server - webmail.medschl.cam.ac.uk

      Email Address - firstname.lastname@slcu.cam.ac.uk Domain\username - slcu\firstname.lastname Password - departmental PC logon password Exchange Server - email.slcu.cam.ac.uk

   2. Tap Next
      
      
      

5. The final step is to select what you would like to access on your iOS device the options are :
   1. Mail
   2. Contacts
   3. Calendars
   4. Reminders
   5. Notes.
6. Select the options you would like you use and tap Save.
7. Your exchange account should be setup on your iOS device 

 Although an @cam.ac.uk email address is usually associated with the central Exchange Online email system, it can be configured to point to any University mailbox. So, you could be using it with your Medschl or SLCU mailbox. The easiest way to check is to try logging in via Webmail , including https://webmail.medschl.cam.ac.uk
