This guide is applicable for both Android and iPhone if using Outlook app, we recommend using Outlook downloaded from the Play or Apple store instead of the any inbuilt email app such as Apple Mail
Open up Outlook and make sure your @cam account is selected (if you haven’t added your personal mailbox yet see our guide here )

Open Outlook application on the mobile
Click on Apps at the bottom of the application and select Contacts.
Click on the Filter icon (three small horizontal lines) on the top right of the screen.
Click Done after making sure the box next to Regius Mailbox the shared mailbox name is checked.
Now all the contacts should appear in the Outlook mobile app.
