This guide is applicable for both Android and iPhone if using Outlook app, we recommend using Outlook downloaded from the Play or Apple store instead of the inbuilt app such as Apple Mail
Open up Outlook and make sure your @cam account is selected (if you haven’t added your personal mailbox yet see our guide here )
Tap the Add Account button in the left navigation pane, then tap Add a Shared Mailbox.
Add in the email of the Shared Mailbox and press continue
After the account setup process completes, the shared mailbox will display in your account list
To remove a shared mailbox, go to Settings > Accounts. Then tap on the shared mailbox and select Delete Account.
Follow the below steps to list shared mailbox contacts on the phone.
Open Outlook application on the mobile
Click on Apps at the bottom of the application and select Contacts.
Click on the Filter icon (three small horizontal lines) on the top right of the screen.
Click Done after making sure the box next to Regius Mailbox is checked.
Now all the contacts should appear in the Outlook mobile app.
