CSCS tests new Office suites to ensure they are compatible with our mail server, all fully supported operating systems, as well as our deployment and patching servers. We also test compatibility with other applications, such reference managers like Endnote.
Once a product has passed testing we make it available on request via the Service Desk for more technical users while we train support staff and prepare documentation.
When everything is ready and we are able to offer comprehensive support for a product we make it available via our CSCS Software Library
