Introduction

You may have noticed that some people have their photos saved as part of their Exchange Online or Teams profiles. Here’s how you can do this.

Instructions

Sign into Delve https://gbr.delve.office.com/. Delve is a private landing page that shows you all of your activities within the Microsoft Office 365 programmes.

Uploading a Photo

Click on Me which is on the left hand vertical navigation bar

Information about you such as your phone numbers and email addresses will appear (this information comes from Lookup so any changes will need to be made there). Above your email address should be a small camera icon and a blank avatar.

Open

Click the camera icon and a window pops up to Change Photo

You can upload a photo you wish to use and centre it. Click Apply when you are complete. This will become your avatar photo for all Office 365 applications. It may take a while for the photo to be visible to your colleagues as each application on each computer needs to connect and find the new image.

Your Profile

Delve contains your email address and phone number. If these are not correct you can edit them in Lookup by using this link: https://www.lookup.cam.ac.uk/self

If you notice that your Organization is incorrect please contact HR. The CHRIS HR system contains information about your line manager which determines how the org chart is displayed.
